The Department of Training and Placement (TPO) at PRMITR, Badnera, is committed to providing equal opportunities to all students, irrespective of their academic background, to secure placements in reputed organizations.

2. One Student - One Offer Policy

To ensure fairness and transparency in the placement process, PRMITR adheres to a "One Student - One Offer" policy. Under this policy, once a student is placed in a company, they will not be allowed to appear for any other placement drive, unless under the following circumstances:
a. Higher Package Offer: If a student receives a placement offer with a package that is 25% or more than their existing offer, they will be permitted to participate in the placement process for the new company.
b. Alignment with Branch and Profile: If the new placement opportunity is aligned with the student's branch of study and the offered profile is related to their field of expertise, they may be allowed to appear for the placement drive, even if they have an existing offer in a different discipline.

3. Prioritizing Student Interests:

While the TPO aims to facilitate placements for all students, it also prioritizes the interests and aspirations of individual students. Therefore, students are encouraged to communicate their preferences and career goals to the placement cell, which will be taken into consideration during the placement process.

4. Clear Communication and Guidelines

The TPO ensures clear communication of the placement policy and guidelines to all students through various channels, including workshops, seminars, and online resources. Students are expected to familiarize themselves with the policy and adhere to its provisions throughout the placement process.

5. Continuous Evaluation and Improvement
