1. Attendance Requirement

A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory in:

• Academic classes
• Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) sessions
• Students failing to meet the required attendance may be rendered ineligible for campus placement opportunities.

2. One Student – One Offer Policy

A student who secures a job offer through campus placement will not be eligible to participate in further drives, unless:
The next opportunity offers a 25% higher package, or
The job profile is significantly better (as evaluated by the T&P Cell).
This policy is designed to ensure maximum placements and equal opportunity for all eligible students.

3. Mandatory Participation Post Registration

• Once a student registers for a drive, their participation becomes mandatory.
• Absence or withdrawal without a valid reason (supported by proof) will result in disqualification from future placement opportunities

4. Obligation to Join the Company

Upon accepting an offer, the student is expected to join the company as per the terms and conditions laid down by the employer.
Withdrawal after acceptance is strictly discouraged and may lead to blacklisting by the company and/or the institute.

5. Role of the Training and Placement Department

The Department of Training and Placement is responsible for:

• Providing employability training and development.
• Creating and facilitating placement opportunities through campus and off-campus drives.
• The Department of Training and Placement does not charge any fees for participating in placement drives.
• The Institute does not support or encourage any company that demands payment from students for offering placement opportunities.

However, the department does not guarantee job placement to any student.

• The selection process, issuance of offer letters, onboarding, and final joining are solely governed by the recruiting companies.
• The Institute shall not be held responsible for:
  • Delay in offer letters
  • Rejection or disqualification at any stage
  • Cancellation of offer
  • Non-joining or deferred joining post-selection

6. Data Integrity and Authenticity

• Students must provide accurate and authentic information during registration and at every stage of the placement process.
• Any falsification or misrepresentation of academic or personal data will result in permanent debarment from all placement activities.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain discipline and decorum during the placement process.
• Be punctual, presentable, and professional in all interactions.
• Respect timelines and instructions shared by the T&P Cell.
