FULL TIME PG Program- ME-Structural Engineering
This course is conducted by the Department of Civil Engineering The department was established in 1983. The course is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. The course is of 2 years duration, each year consisting of 2 semesters. The students have to undertake a dissertation during the final year.
The department is growing continuously over the years. Besides high quality teaching and instruction at both UG and PG levels, the department is actively involved in material testing, condition assessment of structures and various types of consultancy projects for Government and private organizations. The department has well equipped laboratories as per the curriculum needs and they are being continuously modernized with the state of the art machines. Department is also organizing professional development courses for faculty and industries to keep pace with latest developments. The department with its highly qualified, dedicated and experienced faculty continues to maintain and cultivate its strong links with the industry and academic institutions within the country. They are also undertaking research projects sponsored by industries and other agencies.

ANNUAL INTAKE
Total annual intake for this full-time M.E. course in Structural Engineering as per the approval of AICTE is 18.The admission are done by the state government through a centralized admission process that generally commences at the fag end of July every year. Tuition fee applicable for respective academic year will be as per Shikshan Shulka Samiti norms/decision.

Environmental Engineering
M.E. in Environmental Engineering is a multidisciplinary course which is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. All the graduated students from Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and B-Tech in Agricultural Engineering can apply for this course. This course was established in the year 1994 as a part time M.E. course (multidisciplinary) having duration of 3 years with the intake of 7 students. From the academic year 2020-21, this course is converted into two year full time P.G. course in Environmental Engineering with the intake of 18 students. This has been possible due to the rigorous efforts of all the well qualified and experienced staff members. Since last 25 years, the department is responsible in producing great Post–Graduates in the field of Environmental Engineering which are presently settled in various parts of the country and abroad in different Government and Private sectors bringing laurels to the society and are doing exceptionally well in their respective fields.
The department is actively involved in various types of consultancy projects for Government and Private Organizations. The Environmental Engineering Laboratory has been approved by Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. It is registered as a Research Laboratory which is used by Ph.D. students for their thesis work and the resources are used for testing and consultancy in the field of Environmental Engineering. The department continuously organizes various professional development courses for faculties to keep pace with latest development. The department is judicious blend of highly qualified experienced and young faculty members who continuously maintain and cultivate their strong links with the industries and academic institutions within the country. They are also undertaking research projects sponsored by industries and other agencies for the overall growth of the department.
